As RSWA has experienced continued growth over the past 12 months, we have appointed Lauren Steen as Operations Manager of our close-knit team.
Lauren has over 15 years’ of sales, marketing and management experience in the STEM sectors. As well as being a pragmatic and extrovert individual, Lauren has excellent mentoring and personnel management background with experience training staff and leading teams. Lauren has extensive knowledge of the industrial sectors both here in Australia and overseas. She understands what it is like to get the job done in remote settings.

Lauren will be accountable for supporting the management team of RSWA operations. This will include project planning, scheduling and managing, capacity and utilisation management, delegating work to meet deliverables, and tracking the status of outstanding work from the different RSWA teams.
